Lines are done with the home team with the + or -. We are favored, so it would be SMU -7. Since it is at WSU, they show it as WSU +7.

+/ - has nothing to do with the home team. If your team is a + you are the underdog. SMU +7 means that Vegas thinks the scare is SMU 7, Washington St. 0 at kickoff. SMY is the dog, WSU is the favorite and WSU will need to win by more than a touchdown to cover.

Not to state the obvious, but all this means to me is that SMU fans aren't gamblers and Vegas has no hope of attracting us. And apparently they expect trouble attracting disillusioned Wazzu fans.

Please fix the headline to make this -7 and not +7. Again to piggyback on 94, -7 means we are favored. +7 means we are the underdog.

SMU opened at -4.5 and is now -7. The books got a lot of action on SMU and want more action on wash state. I wouldn't think the line would go too much further at this point.
