STOP the run please.

Postby Pony in SA » Mon Sep 14, 2009 1:41 pm

This is not an easy game, but there are 2 things we must do to have a chance to win:

1. STOP the run. Remember NAVY last year and what happened. We have got to find a way to stop their running game or we won't have a chance. Maybe fill the box and dare them to throw it.

2. Offense has to play better and not keep putting defense in short fields. I think our defense has played very well considering the offense either fumbles and gives the other team only a 50 to 60 yd. field to go, or even shorter when we throw interceptions. Offense doesn't have to score everytime (it would be nice) but at least help us out field position wise so WSU has to go 70 plus yds. to score.

Praying for 3-0. Getting the kids ready to play with traveling across country will be hard.

Heck, they're not going by wagon train.

That's true, but Pullman is not the most accessible place. It takes some doing to get there.

Of course, it will make the victorious ride home that much more enjoyable.

Is there a Krispy Kreme in Pullman?

There is one in Spokane, about 65 miles away.
