This post has nothing to do with anything just putting it out there for all the locals that follow HS hoops. If you get a chance to check out any of these guys...it'll be worthwhile. Also, if there are any kids out there you think we should look at...please let me know!

Nick Hinton (2010) was interested and had an offer in hand...had his offer pulled though.
Tanner Milson (just committed to UNC-Wilmington) was very interested...no offer.
2011s Hondo and Fox are very interested...but SMUs not yet.
To be fair...SMU was very interested in Green (2011) before he committed to Texas A&M. And SMU has shown interest in other 2011s Groselle, Singleton, Anderson and Gipson...all are mid-high majors.

Is Jeffcoat being recruited as a bball player? Considering he's the #5 football recruit in the nation, his dad's football background, I would think he's concentrating on it.
Saw Milson play a couple of times last season. Darn good shooter. I was hoping Doh would offer him based in his performance against Duncanville alone (game was at Moody).
Interesting news on Hinton. Wonder why his offer was pulled?

Jeffcoat would be a high major hooper if not for fball. Possible he could go where they'll let him play both...Julius Peppers style. He will play hoops again this year for PWest.
And IndianMustang...if I could convince the guys that all the ladies at SMU look like your avatar Im sure theyd give SMU an even stronger look!

I think most assume Jeffcoat will end up at UofH since his dad is on the FB coaching staff. Will UofH let him play both?

I think it's anything but a foregone conclusion that Jeffcoat ends up at UH. He's being recruited by every major program in the country, and has been quoted as saying he's not opposed to going out of state. So if Bob Stoops, Pete Carroll, Urban Meyer, etc., are wooing him, I'd say UH doesn't have a sure thing going there at all. Maybe they get him, but they'll have to fight for him.

here's the thing, he's serious about playing both sports. Easier to do that at Houston then Florida, USC, OU etc
