NO, I am related to YOU. Go ask your momma! All of these comments, including mine, very childish. I would expect more from a Methodist school...

Uh... the education isn't too bad. You know it's a good school... right?

I had plenty of offers from schools with equal or higher academic value...I came to SMU in the hope that I would be part of the growth of the athletic program, witness something special.

Pffft. I talk to anybody from UT, TCU, Tech, OU, USC, UCLA and know that I made the right academic decision. Can't construct sentences correctly those people.
Do I wish SMU had a better football team? Um, of course. I almost jumped off a cliff today. I was one of the ones who stayed till the game was over. But for a school that now costs more than Yale, unless I'm on the team, football comes second to education. By a large margin.

Wow. This is the first that I have noticed this thread. A bunch of grown men typing profanities at a 19 year old kid telling him to go F__K himself, to go screw himself, and others piling on saying they agree? Are you guys adult like in any way? This is a kid playing college football. Do you think he likes that we lost last night? Do you think he is trying to do poorly? Do you think that in fact, he is not the best QB on the roster and that he just has incriminating pictures of JJ and that is why Braden is on the bench (and not the fact that Braden doesn't have the arm to succeed)? This is sickening.
Here is my message to those posters above: Grow up. And if you must curse someone from SMU about the QB play, curse JJ for running BLM out there time and time again if you think BLM is that terrible. Or curse JJ for not developing him better. Or curse JJ for having NO ONE ELSE ON THE ROSTER that is able to play QB in a d1a game. Or even curse JJ for not letting Willis finish out his final 2 years as QB at SMU. But please don't curse out a sophmore kid in college. He doesn't get paid and doesn't deserve that sort of scrutiny.
Here is my message to BLM: Keep giving your best effort in practice, in the film room, and in growing to become a better QB. Go out there on game day and lead your team with confidence and play smart. Do not listen to the naysayers and stay the course. SMU will be underdogs in each of the next 4 games. Step up and win one of those games for your team. You will then have at least 3 wins going into the final 4 games (of which 3 are at home and SMU will certainly be favored in all 3) and have a shot at bowl eligibility.

Please remember that profanity on this board is not appreciated. I have a lot of work to do this weekend, and really don't have time to edit posts.... Thanks.

Well said. Guys, show some class, please. Represent yourselves and your school with dignity.
