It was an unwinnable war, like Viet Nam or Iraq. Call it an uneasy cease-fire to stop the wholesale slaughter of innocent civilian ponyfans by collateral damage.
Puss. A war is unwinable only because you restrict wholesale slaughter of innocents to collateral damage. I demand you start firebombing Ponyfans.

They might be just pausing while they are reloading.

Make love not war couch'em. If you'd go out and get laid once in a while you'd have a better outlook on life.

Making love is the ultimate act of war, jt. It is expensive, requires deception, brute force, causes collateral damage, etc.

Marriage is just the battle. Divorce is the war.

Did you guys learn nothing from the sandbox? When you're a kid you learn things go really well when you say, "yes, mom why didn't I think of that?" When you get married, you change "mom" to "dear" and then like you did when you were growing up, you proceed to do or not do whatever it is you're being called out for. That and learning the art of being a screw up. When I got married, right after we got married, I did the laundry. My wife was so shocked at my theories of sorting and folding clothes that I was banned from doing laundry. I cleaned the bathroom and it did not pass inspection, so I got banned from that. I got a pass on yardwork because of grass and leaf allergies. So learning the art of male ineptitude is very important to a successful marriage.

EastStang is a wise man. Before I married the UT chick she was horrified that I did not sort laundry before it went into the washer, and has never let me near the thing since. When she found out I stored clean clothes in the dryer, same thing. Same with house cleaning, of course the downside being that she hides things and cannot remember where. No pass on yardwork or dishes, I'm afraid. I can't even get her to go along with the old "I cook you clean" gag....

Put the dishes straight into the dishwasher without rinsing them, or better yet, rinse them BADLY and then put them into the dishwasher so there are streaks. I agree on them hiding things and worse, throwing away old clothes that are perfectly good.

Actually, I had been doing the laundry for the last 14 years but was recently called out for the washing business. However, if the Mrs. Razoroback decides to take over the washing, she is not coming near the folding.
And I'm not letting her making the bed. But we an agreement. If she does the dusting and scrubbing the bathroom, I will do the floors. Works out pretty good. And I got lawns with my name on them Saturday.
She cooks. I clean the dishes.
