About 5 of TCU's losses other than against UT and OU have followed this exact scenario. Dominate defensively and give up the big play on last drive to lose. Big victory for TCU. BTW Clemson has 4 Recruiting Classes in the teens and another at 36-each year easily outrecruiting TCU in each of the 5 years. So this is a big victory on the Road in Death Valley.
