Arthur Londy made what appeared to be the Play of the Game and Hero status by catching a TD pass of 44 yards in Spring's wild 53-51 loss to Langham Creek. The TD came in the final :37 seconds putting Spring briefly in the lead 51-50 but Langham Creek came back to kick a last second FG to win. Full stats unavailiable http://www.chron.com/sports/highschools ... Type=Teams

Sounds like Londy had a great game...Looking forward to seeing where rivals ranks this guy, sure seems like he has a lot of ability at WR particularly with his speed! GO PONIES!

BTW Spring was off this week but I wanted to point out that when the Houston Chronicle compiles their statistics they only include them for the leaders in the category and the Season stats also are not full stats but only a compilation of the leaders of each game. The reason I said this is because I've heard Londy had some catches in the last two weeks which didn't show up because he wasn't a statistical leader. Chronicle also shorted The Truth of some of his catches last year too.

Sping beat Tomball last week 22-20 but for the third game in a row his stats don't appear in the Houston Chronicle boxscore because he not among the leading receivers http://www.chron.com/sports/highschools ... Type=Teams

here's a story on Londy's last game. Looks like he turned a short pass into a 70 yard play. Nice yards after catch http://www.hcnonline.com/articles/2009/ ... ringhs.txt

Spring got rolled by undefeated Klein Collins one of the best teams in the state. Arthur Londy did not show up in boxscore as one of leading receivers but again only 5 of their 14 receptions are showing in Boxscore http://www.chron.com/sports/highschools ... Type=Teams

hmm it looks like Spring has moved Arthur Londy to RB. Made an apparent successful debut with 8 carries for 100 yards rushing 12.5 yards per attempt. Also caught 4 passes for 69 yards including a 51 yard TD catch. Spring however was blown out 65-33 to Klein Forrest. He will be interesting to watch in coming weeks as it is obvious he makes big plays but in the past they haven't seemed to get him enough touches http://www.chron.com/sports/highschools ... Arthur Londy caught 2 passes for 61 yards including a big 58 yard bomb for a TD in a 42-38 Spring loss to Klien Oak. It doesn't appear he ran the ball in this boxscore like he did last week. http://www.chron.com/sports/highschools ... Type=Teams
