Hard Hits and Good D to start with..

Postby BUS » Sat Oct 03, 2009 10:38 pm

but the O could not keep them off the field.

The D is a bright spot for this team and going into the year I figured the D would be the weak point.

Great hard hits that caused fumbles.

BO... please... put a little touch on the short balls,
OK, I'll stop there.

I love my Mustangs and we had a good Mustang section. Loud and Proud in first half.

I expected more form the o. I figured the running game might not do great but - 9.
See you next week on the Boulevard. Brisket meal for tailgate.

P-nob
I think the R&S works all the time if done correctly.

AGAIN we over threw and under Threw and then DRILLED the 5 yard pass.

Had some drops too, but I only counted 2 or 3 drops.

This team will only go mas far and BOW can manage the game.

Only able to watch some of the 2nd half. but our defense looked much better than it has the previous couple years. We're flying all over making plays. As usual our offense just isn't at that consistency level yet to make plays on every drive. Take away those late td's for tcu and it's a fairly close game against a #10 on the road. With a 2-2 record now, anything is possible.

That was as physical as we have been in a long, long time.
TCU had a short field most of the game because of the poor special teams play.
Too bad McCann dropped the pick 6.

D played great, u can't have 4 turnovers and get no points off them.
it felt like the poor d had to start playing at at least the 50 each time.
