Im sure since John knows that he is on the air online when the ticket goes to commercial he won't say crap anymore.. so you don't need to cut off the game for the viewers just because you are trying to fix his audio

I see all access still isn't working. This service has never been good. It has gotten worse since CBS got involved. It is too bad that YEARS have passed with no improvement in the delivery of the video feed. Some of us are unable to get to the games because of illness or geography or both, and we rely on the internet to see what we can of the Mustangs.

SMU would be wise to:

1. Cancel all access until someone can make sure it works.
2. See that all SMU all access customers get refunds.
3. If they ever do iron out the kinks, offer all of us a free subscription for a month so we will be willing to invest in it again.

If I were a merchant there is no way I could continue to put this product out on the shelf.

Well put Topper! I got this service because I am currently undergoing chemo .. and since I live in DFW I can't watch it on metro sports until Monday, so this is the only way I can watch my beloved Mustangs. It's very frustrating to flush money down the toilet for this joke of a service that you provide (or in this case fail to provide).
