Bo Levi Mitchell17-29, 266 yards, 2 TDs AND NO INTERCEPTIONS lots of improvement from previous weeks, still room for improvement, but i wont make any jokes this week Bryan McCannNice TD Aldrick Robinson125 yards, and the game changing play Rock DennisKeeping the momentum, with a great interception and return for a TD. i'm sure you are upset about the other two you dropped, but still a great game Mustangs DefenseKept us in the game the first half, and fought to the very end SMU Mustangs3-2 (2-0 in CUSA). After a long 3 week road trip, you came home and proved that this team knows how to finish. Congratulations. 3 more wins....

The entire Offensive & Defensive lines played well. When I saw how HUGE their lines were, I thought we would be in for a long, long night in the trenches. I thought they played well considering how much size they were giving up.

Defense gets the sticker for keeping the offense off of the field. I think we scored 21 points and the offense ran one play.

I think we only had 50 offensive plays

I too shall remain MUM on Bo this week as the 0 INT's are worthy of some, however humble, respite!

I would give one to Davis for blowing up a blocking running back, running over him like a rag doll and causing Pinkney to intentional ground the ball. That was a critical play at a key time.

you're right, and don't look now...but we have two true freshman LBs who made potentially game-saving plays this year in both of our conference wins (Reed and Davis). Thank goodness we're one of the youngest teams in America.
I will not make age an issue in this campaign. I'm not going to exploit for political purposes my opponent's youth and inexperience.

ESPN Helmet Stickers... Margus Hunt, DE, SMU: Blocked two field goal tries in SMU's 28-21 win over ECU, one of which led to a 65-yard touchdown return. It was the first FG block for a touchdown by SMU since Jonas Rutledge had a 50-yard return for a score against San Jose State on Oct. 13, 2001.
