ESPN Bowl ProjectionsNewest bowl projections from ESPN:

Re: ESPN Bowl ProjectionsCUSA won't send West team that far East.

Re: ESPN Bowl ProjectionsIt would be a nice road trip.
Quotes regarding the 2010 class:
"the class we have coming in is the best in a long long" June Jones "All in all I have no problem in someone calling this the best class since the DP" Stallion
Re: ESPN Bowl ProjectionsThe same guy that picks us for the St Pete bowl has La Tech vs Tulsa in the Hawaii Bowl. Where's that guy been? La Tech-Tulsa draws about 15k to that game, tops
Re: ESPN Bowl ProjectionsUh-oh just noticed that Hawaii got blown out by Fresno last nite and is now 2-3. Hawaii still has Boise St, at Nevada, Navy and Wisconsin among others on schedule. Hawaii might have trouble qualifying for bowl. Heck maybe SMU might have home field advantage in a Hawaii Bowl w/o Hawaii-WEAR GREEN

Re: ESPN Bowl ProjectionsWest Virginia? That could get ugly!
Re: ESPN Bowl Projections
We have something in common with WVU: both we and they beat ECU.
Re: ESPN Bowl ProjectionsBottom line is that those at ESPN making these projections still don't think we have the horsepower to win 4 more games. Thought isn't crucial, it would go a long way if we could win 2 of the next 3. Then again, we were predicted to have 3-5 wins this season. We could yet fulfill those predictions.

Re: ESPN Bowl ProjectionsIf we just win one of the next 3 it would be huge! I think we have a good chance of winning 3 of the last 4
Re: ESPN Bowl ProjectionsIf my math is correct- you would be saying we are looking at a possible wining season? I cant even get my head around that.
Re: ESPN Bowl Projections
Isn't it closer than a game in Hawaii? Peruna is my mascot!
Re: ESPN Bowl Projectionsyes but if you pay attention to recent years both conferences and bowls have tried to send regional teams to closer bowls to get maximum attendance. Most of CUSA bowls are closer to the West so this bowl will likely be reserved for a East team-UCF, ECU, Southern Miss UAB

Re: ESPN Bowl ProjectionsYes, and those ESPN slapd!cks all picked the Cardinals over the Dodgers. How did that work out?
I'm so sick of ESPN trying to control everything in sports.
Re: ESPN Bowl ProjectionsI could see SMU-Nevada in the Hawaii bowl. Would definitely be a pro-SMU crowd. I bet if Hawaii isnt bowl eligible, the bowl cmte is really going to be pulling for SMU to bet there for attendance purposes.
I will not make age an issue in this campaign. I'm not going to exploit for political purposes my opponent's youth and inexperience.
Re: ESPN Bowl Projectionsi really think we end up in Hawaii if we are bowl eligible. however, I really hope we play in fort worth for a number of reasons. 1. close to home. 2. local media coverage will be better. 3. cheaper 4.sleep in my own bed. 5. the girl i am seeing brother plays at AF 6. I will be studying for the bar, and hawaii would be distracting 7. Kevin Fowler is playing at billy bob's, so stallion and i could go chase women, like the old times
