Anyone notice that the least heralded of the big-time DFW recruits last year, Deron Williams, played a super game (Illinois vs Indiana) Tuesday on ESPN? He may not be as talented as Wright, Bosh, Hopkins, and Horton but he is a terrific college PG. Watch out for Bill Self's squad, they have some serious talent on that team.

I follow Illinois, and Deron Williams has really come on lately. Williams really plays great defense, especially for a freshman. Illinois will be dangerous in the tournament I think, but they still might be two years away from being a top team. They rely on Brian Cook kind of the same way SMU relies on the Q. They have several freshmen and sophomores contributing, but the star is a senior.
