Check the Boxscore from 2008. UT had a very respectable 161 yards rushing and 4.6 yards per carry. Today no running game at all. That's the difference.

OU's Franks was out of bounds to begin with-maybe not on another angle. Very complicated-could be a muff that can't be advanced

The reason for the ball being spotted on the 18 is as follows:

On a punt muff, when a defensive team recovers, they cannot advance the ball.

I think they probably got it right with the muff call-boy there were about 4 close issues on that replay. Was he out, was it a muff or catch, did he fumble before endzone, did ball break plane of endzone. They got it right though

I agree and these refs have been on top of almost everything today
