Worst officiating I have ever seen at Ford. Navy got a few bad calls too. Pass Interference call changed the game.

you're right. Two plays that couldve redefined SMU: that PI and the dropped sure TD interception. Navy wound up with TDs on both drives. Any other program in America, or at least one on the rise, and at least one of those two goes the right way.

How many flags were picked up tonight? At least three that I can think of. I cannot think of another game where that many flags were thrown and then picked up.
The PI call was horrible.

Rock Dennis held the Navy receiver all the way down the field. He was begging for a flag. It was a good call

given that analysis,it wouldve been a "good call" if the flag was for holding. It wasnt. Ball still wasnt catchable. Bad call.

there were some questionable calls both ways; refs had nothing to do with the outcome of this game

I agree, but then the call should have been defensive holding not interference.

i saw that holding the whole way, dennis could have probably picked it if he was less worried about the wr, which he was quicker than anyways

The officiating crew seemed very out of sync and very confused.

The officials have always been terrible at home - as bad as a couple of calls were, we have seen much worse.

Why is it that our 'home' officials always seem so bad? We do not seem to get any respect from them.

Our head referee last night, Ron "Givin him the bizness" Cherry, is a legend. I about spit my beer out when I saw his name pop up, I'm honored to have him do our games anytime they want to put him on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FbO0RQmESHM

yeah, you know before the game he was telling his buddies "dude...watch...I'm gonna say someone's giving him the business.." He borrowed that from the originator, an NFL official...Red somebody? I want to say Cashion was/is his last name, not sure.
