I am starting the official Ja'Gared Davis fan club thread, who is in? I have been commenting on this kid since the E. Carolina game when he impressed in very limited action. He started today and was an animal along with Kennemer. And, he is only a freshman.
Also, what's up with the spell check on KDAF? Padrone? Shugar Land? Wow!

He's been playing really well. Liking what I am seeing.
My only criticism is that he needs to go about his business, and act like it's an every play thing. What's up with the jumping around and acting like you stopped a guy on the goal line when you tackled a dude after a 10 yard run for the first down? Seriously, enough.

I disagree-we need some attitude on defense. I haven't seen anything except excitement.

Excitement is one thing. Fine, do some of it when you sack the QB. But seriously, after giving up a 1st down?

I'll go back to a previous post when I saw him cover a punt in the E. Carolina game theat forced a fair catch. The kid plays at a different speed. If he puts on a few pounds he is going to be a force. He can celebrate all he wants if he continues to play like this. I'll ask again since last time no one responded, how was this kid a two star?

he had 4 offers-pay attention to the offers too. He's a little small for Big 12 but he makes up for it with elite track/hurdle athleticism which is unusual for a guy over 210.

That is actually part of what I am talking about. Don't the offers factor in to the ratings?

JJ said in his post game on the ticket that Davis is up to 220 from 198lbs since august.

220 will work. I am looking forward to 4 years of watching this kid develop.
