The players are definitely the key! Otherwise, June Jones is a lazy jerk because wth was he doing last year. We did finish the season 1-11 after all. Coaching + players = winning team. A great coach with lousy players will still lose. Great players with a lousy coach will not reach their potential, but would still win games. Put them both together and you get a great team!

June Jones had to change the losing culture at SMU. That, less than the lack of talent, is why we only won one game last year. Slowly, slowly he is getting it done.

Sorry, let me clarify. He is not getting enough credit from Stallion for the coaching part of what he has done here.
