Ricardo could again be seen at the gates of glory into Ford Stadium. His demeanor remains surly, while his treatment of pilgrims is as though they are less than livestock. SMU continues to knowingly employ individuals that take away from an experience they want people to desire. Keeping Ricardo is counterproductive to this goal. No good can come from such loyalty to a horrible employee. Shameful.
