Just get over it already. Your time would be better spent preaching to the masses about accepting the new geldings into our big happy SMU family for godsake.
Just because it is more that you remember does not make it right. Whatever dude you get over the new horses. RGV where do I send the check?

We'll coordinate that once we have a taker. If we do, we'll get it squared away over a burrah on the Blvd

Biggest turn-around? Maybe if we win out. Rigth now we are 5-4 and struggled to get past winless Rice. If we win out it will be a story. Tulane will be our big day in that case. This is TCU's big day. They are in the discussion for the NC game, albeit unlikely. They are facing a top 25 opponent that virtually is for a BCS bowl game. No need to have a tantrum. Let's have a bit of class here.
Go Ponies!! Beat whoever it is we are playing!! @PonyGrad

You are classless. BUS wrote:Easy fix:

It would do SMU well to get a couple signs over thee.
I remember an aggie sign at the Texas/OU gameday.

TCU worked for 10 years to put itself in this position. They deserve the attention they receive. We don't need to be anywhere near that campus to be disruptive knuckleheads.
They are our rival but show a little respect.

I think your example just explained why we shouldn't be over there.

We will get our media day and hoopla when we get an actual bowl invite. We still aren't there. I'm more concerned that we beat UTEP and even that just gets us bowl elgible. I want to see us win out...that will make a news worthy statement.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

this isn't a battle SMU should be fighting or worried about. TCU is going to get the coverage they've earned. SMU will get the coverage nationwide if we get a bowl bid.

BUS that was a little different since we were playing them that night. And we should have done that. But we aren't playing them.
I just don't think we need to be doing this. We just need to worry about ourselves and beating UTEP and all that media business will follow when it's warranted.

The team will learn utep and play well. Some students can have this fun and get SMU some exposure. Hell we are pround and we show it.
Would be fun in my mind and stir up the rivalry a little more.
Just my thoughts.
I remember Lake highlands got in trouble for putting honey and peanut butter on all the doors and porches at Highland Park. It was funny. OK to me it was funny.
