Advantage TCUapparently TCU has picked up a transfer from Temple named Nile Murray originally from Houston whereas SMU can't admit a kid who now has been accepted on two other occassions by private schools. Commitment!
"With a quarter of a tank of gas, we can get everything we need right here in DFW." -SMU Head Coach Chad Morris
When momentum starts rolling downhill in recruiting-WATCH OUT.
Re: Advantage TCUDid we even pursue him? If not, why not? Where does it say, he couldn't get admitted academically to SMU? He also has to sit out a year since Temple still plays Division 1 baskeball and maybe that didn't fit into Dement's plan. Does Dement even have a scholarship open? Dement has gotten Division 1 transfers before.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna
Re: Advantage TCUPlease don't tell me this Murray kid is a 6-11 banger who can score and rebound. I'd have to avoid high bridges for a while.

He started 18 games at Temple as a freshman, but lost the starting spot to freshman Mo Collins this past year. He still played in almost every game and averaged about 3 points per game. He shot around 32% from the field. SMU did admit Nathan Doudney. Some will tell you that a glass is half empty, and others that the same glass is half full. But all CPC really wants to know is...... does the drink taste good?
Re: Advantage TCULet's clear one thing up on both this board and the football board...
Temple is a public school.
