yep - whining about their cut blocks like many do. if it's a chop block (basically a low block when the blockee is already engaged), that's definitely a penalty and needs to be called. The ND did have a point when he complained about the cut block by the Navy WR that was late and on the side of a ND player's knee but the play was seen and penalized so he really doesn't have room to complain. they're just pissed off they're going to have to find new jobs at the end of the season since they can't win

Interesting, since those boys are going to be protecting my country and many will probably be in a war situation in a few years I give them a pass and tell Notre Dame they are fighting a no win battle.
