Fort Worth and Dallas college scenes both buzzing

Haven't posted here in awhile, and I hope promoting my page isn't frowned upon. haha

But I wrote an article about SMU and TCU's weekends and how the DFW area is getting excited for both. To anyone who reads, I hope you enjoy.

With all due respect to the Frogs, I personally think that SMU winning the CUSA championship would be a more incredible accomplishment this season than TCU making a BCS bowl. For the last several years, TCU has had a very good football team, while SMU has been almost non-existent in the eyes of the college football world. Going from 11-2 one season to a BCS bowl game the next isnâ€™t as big a jump as going from 2-22 combined over two seasons and stuck in the cellar to potentially -- keep your fingers crossed -- 9-4 and conference champions the next.
