As a former hs punt snapper, i have never heard of that call, and I thought it was a joke at first but apparently not. Anybody who has played football knows there is someone on the d whose sole job is to absolutely punish the snapper and get in his head

Roughing the snapper is using the snapper's shoulders to push off in an attempt to get a higher jump.

The Marshall coaches alerted the refs before the game that Margus pushes off on the back of the snapper to raise up and block the kicks.....if he raises his head he should be fair game though...
