When is the last time SMU has had a prototypical center? I just saw the three guys we signed next year, and don't know why we nee two more guards.

I think Rackauskus now fits as a true center. Before now, probably Greg Kinzer back in early 90s. That was the biggest problem in the Sasser-Davis years, lack of a defensive post.

The Rack is not a shot blocker if thats what you mean. But he's 6'11 and fairly physical. He is a center.

The Rack is a true center. He has more skill than anyone we have had at center under Dement. He should surprise a lot of people this year.

I have yet to see him play since last year but I hope you guys are correct b/c he was very questionable and a foul magnet.
