Our physical talent is just enough right now to raise our hopes but not to pay off our bets. We got soundly beaten today-the clearly better team won. On to Tulane. But we have accomplished enough to cash in some in the 2010 Recruiting Class but even more in 2011. Think long term. Let me tell you 2010 ain't going to be a walk in the park either with that non-conference schedule. Sit back and relax and think 2-3 years down the line.

What other coach that actually WOULD have come to SMU in our sad state could have done better thus far than Jones?

I'm not saying the guy is a football God, but I like that we are headed in a better direction 2 years in to his tenure vs. 2 years in to Bennett's tenure. So we lost today. It sucks. Get over it.
