The video is amazing and with this young man visiting this week end, hopefully SMU can get another quality D recruit in 2010. Isn't this guy at least a Scout or Rivals 3* ? If not, he should be or higher.

Bellazin (and Browning) cannot be here this weekend since Everman is still in the 4A playoffs.

Everman lost 34-22 to a very good Aledo team so Browning and Bellazin are availiable now for recruiting.

Was at the game. Bellazin really fills out a uniform and is a great athlete. If his grades check out, he will help somebody. Browning looked

Everman always has good athletes but the district is so bad academically that college recruiters get nervous.

Wasn't there a story going around that the state of Texas came very close to shutting the district down and incorporating Everman with Fort Worth ISD or something like that? This was a couple of weeks ago.

General, I heard the same thing regarding Everman merging into FWISD, so it may be true. But a few years back I also heard that U.MN. was merging with Gustavus Adolphus for the same reasons and it didn't happen, so who knows ?

That is he is disciplined.

He's being considered by Stanford, so grades can't be that bad

I can't believe we lost a high caliber recruit to North Texas.

Thats crazy, UNT?....he must not be very smart after all, so good riddance. He probably waited too long to make a decsision and had limited his available options, and had to take UNT.

The WDNWHA Committee decided on him last week. We did not announce due to many on the committee who were trying to filibuster the decision. Today they determined they did not have the 60 votes necessary so the decision from last week stands.

I guess the "nuclear option" to try to force passage of his nomination with only 50 votes is too controversial without bi-partisan support
