How would you feel if TCU won the NC?

Natural rival or not, I hate the Longhorns 10x as much as I will ever hate the Frogs.

It's all about the front-running, buy your orange at Wal-Mart fans, who never attended the university, or any university for that matter, who, now that Texas is winning, want to get all up in your face about it.

The same type of people who "always" liked the Yankees. The same type of people who "always" liked the Red Wings.

Best thing I saw today was an Alabama team that looked like it could manhandle the horns.

Will not happen but I still think the most entertaining game would be Alabama and TCU.

The fans you are talking about are the fans that were all supporting A&M until about 10 years ago.

You don't hate the Longhorns. You hate schools supported by T-Shirt fans.

Its simple - If we were number 4 we would not be talking about them - they'd be talking about us.

at least it feels like we are finally out of the starting gate.

If nebraksa pulls off an upset and cinci jumps the frogs we will have to talk a bunch of frog fans off the ledge.

I can appreciate your hatred for the horns. I hate them as much as you do and I really thought your post hit the nail on the head. I hope Nebraska owns them tonight.

Anything that keeps a BCS conference team from holding the national championship title is a good thing.

A playoff using the current bowl games would be best.

It is too bad UT won tonight and TCU will not play for a national title.

The BCS will probably have TCU play Boise which will benefit neither team publicly and would be the best case scenario as far as I am concerned.

Empty. TCU would be no more of a legitimate champion than Texas or Alabama will be since Boise and Cincy, not to mention some pretty good one loss teams, were left out of the playoff system. Let's remember, the BCS championship is just that. It is not truly a "national championship."

It is just a fictional love fest created by the big football mills for the purpose of excluding everyone else. See my post elsewhere about setting up our own national championship.

Having TCU play Boise is just plain BS. Just another way for the BCS to protect their BCS teams from being exposed as not being the powerhouses they want everyone to think they are. TCU vs Boise will prove nothing one way or the other in the BCS vs the "mid-majors" saga. TCU and Boise should be playing the likes of Florida.

Screw TCU! Period. I was pulling for the Horns. I will always root against TCU whether it's BCS vs the little guys or otherwise.

Those of you who want them in a national title game should be ashamed.
