do not believe being or not being on campus has anything to do with it. Houston's stadium is on campus and it serves beer.

They sell beer at Aloha Stadium. I've been there many, many times. The natives would be restless.

I know that but I am not sure that Robertson Stadium is officially "on campus" according to the NCAA. Robertson was built by the Houston ISD and was not bought by UH until 1970. It could be that the NCAA looks at the ownership of the land at the time of stadium construction to determine whether something is on campus or not.

University Park is Dry under Texas Law...no sales in stadium
UH is in Houston...wet... can sell...
