Aloha Peruna - Update

Is there any kind of word on the details of his journey? There are a lot of current students, parents and alumni from the Orange County/ Newport/ LA area. Maybe the little guy and his handlers could use a send off/ warm-up luau.

(As I read your post, I have tears in my eyes) Your idea is fantastic...his guardian/rancher will meet him in LA and fly with him to Hawaii.....The handlers will meet the rancher in Honolulu....Peruna will stay one night in LA.....I don't know if it is feasible for the "THE TOP TEN MASCOT" to receive visitors, but I promise you I will pass this on to the powers at be and let you know if this is something that could happen...

This reminds me of the great Mayor LaGuardia meeting Peruna III(Vince Lambordy mentions this in his autobiography) (or is it Peruna IV). There is a picture of Mayor LaGuardia meeting the MUSTANG BAND AND PERUNA on the steps of Gracie Mansion (where the Mayor of NY Lives) with the Mustang Band before the Fordham game (when Peruna killed the Fordham Ram).

Let's see what can be done.

It is important, and in a million years you couldn't convince me otherwise, that Peruna VIII is making this trip. I really don't care about people that think differently, either. It's important, and good that he's going.
