If it came down to SMU versus TCU, sure TCU has an advantage over us now in FB, but I wonder if SMU would simply buy its way into the Big XII.

$$$$ to redo Moody, $$$$ to make us Top 10 swimming....$$$ to bring back track and field....$$$$ to start a baseball team....$$$$$$$$$$ for a one-time big payoff to the existing Big XII members.

I honestly think if SMU did a one-time fund raiser for the sole purpose of getting us back into a conference with our traditional rivals UT and A&M...SMU alumni would deliver.

As I have posted earlier....we will win the SMU WAY......through $$$$$$$$.

BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS OF SMU FOOTBALL!!!

For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.

Missouri's Governor just endorsed the move to the Big 10.

Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon just gave a little more momentum to the Missouri-to-the-Big-Ten rumors.

In an interview with the Associated Press, Nixon, a Missouri grad, endorsed the move and offered some interesting opinions of current Big 12 member institutions.

You meant the Big East rather than ACC I assume. I'd like to see every conference expand to 12 and have even more games to watch on championship weekend. This year's games were great...except for the SEC game which was actually kind of boring
