SMU Boulevard
i've been curious what is going to be done with that strip of land on the north side of SMU Blvd. where the old homes were recently bulldozed. Is that going to remain tree lined space or are they going to jam some buildings in there?

Re: SMU Boulevard
Parking for the Bush Library.

SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Yes and the shopping center has never been in the plans to be removed for the Bush Library. The shopping center will be a mixed-use development with shops on the ground level and SMU-administered student housing above when redeveloped in the next 5-10 years.smupony94 wrote:To me that looks like the Bank One is gone but the shopping center is there

Also looks like a nice spot for a new practice facility just SW of the library.
