and to think the coaches wanted to RS the kid so he could build some strength...the future looks bright. I want to see 3 guys with this kind of ability lined up in the depth chart

Now that he has the SMU bowl record in the rearview, what's the Hawaii bowl record for passing yards?

announcers said Colt Brennan had over 500. we've got 12 months to learn what the Liberty Bowl record is

The Hawaii Bowl record was 401 set by Clausen last year but Padron has it now at 460.

I believe he is your QB for the future, He looked absolutely amazing out there. Will be looking forward to seeing how he would do in the upcoming seasons.

expony18 - You should be either pissed or honored because one of the ESPN analysts used your Patron/Padron reference saying something like he took a "shot" into the endzone.

Padron looked absolutely brilliant tonight. It honestly looked like Jones must have spent every single practice just working with him. My God, it was an amazing performance. I simply can't say enough. I had chills at the end of the game.
