Does the lawyer really think the height of the "garage" ceiling is relevant? Or that the room is not "electric"?
I've had a previous life in Sports Medicine and never heard a doctor prescribe something like this, the way this lawyer describes it. Maybe to go lie down in a treatment room with the lights dimmed. Or the training room. Or at home. Kids with concussion symptoms at SMU, when I was there, usually stayed inside one of the training rooms or, if they felt ok to do so, would watch practice from the sidelines, usually with some shaded eywear...until they were cleared by a doctor to return.
That the lawyer says Leach ordered the trainers to put him in "the darkest room" they had stinks of an attempt at public humiliation. I think that was some damning testimony, really.
