started at 10:30. A Tech media service is reporting that Leach will be shortly fired with or without TRO. My comment could depend on wording of TRO if granted. But basically Leach has just requested enforcement of his contract by filing only a breach of contract claim. Tech could still be within its rights under contract by selecting the $400,000 per year buyout.
