I must admit that I am not a fan of Gundy, but at least he didn't throw a player under the bus--he made an idiot of himself, but he did defend one of his own. That does take a certain amount of class, something that Leach is lacking.

Gundy's rant was the ultimate recruiting ploy. And it worked beautifully. He may have appeared like an idiot on youtube, but he got the last laugh. He even did an interview where they asked him about his rant and he simply talked about how much the families and parents of players love what he did.
