(And here we all thought "fat lil' girlfriends" was colorful.) this guy is done...

and somewhere Leach is quoted as saying "if I didnt say those things, I wish I had" or something to that effect.

How insecure a grown man is Leach that a 20 year old kid bothers him so much that he feels like talking such [deleted] when the kid's at practice with a concussion? Notice on all of the Leach releases also how they emphasize "mild" concussion.

Well, guess what, ch!ckenshit....you're fired. This makes a whole lot more sense now...even if AJ was a pain in the [deleted], you rise above it as the 7 figure a year leader of the program and cut him or whatever. So obviously CJ and then the administration got wind of this quote and told him to knock it off, apologize and play nice.

I defy anyone to represent that such would be an appropriate comment for a state university employee, regardless of the dynamics of the relationship.

Stallion wrote:I had heard from an alleged close friend of the Doctor that this would be coming down the pike soon-but I didn't want to jump the gun on an internet rumor. Its only logical. As a lawyer who often drafts Affidavits for summary judgments you could tell that what the first Affidavit left out was more important than what it said. The Leach fanatics fell right into the trap and couldn't see logical inferences and inconsistency in this argument. Of course James suffered no injury by sitting in a confined area. THAT's not the point as I said in reference to the ESPN interview when Leach highjacked the interview on this premise. The point is that it is unjustifiable for a Head Coach to bully and humiliate a player with a potentially serious medical condition in order to send a message to the team. Leach's argument unravels from this basic premise. Leach made a serious mistake from Day 1 in attacking a student athlete rather than explain his own disciplinary techniques

Do you really think Leach intended the confinement as a message to the rest of the team? The school's obviously saying the confinement was a message because they were looking for cause to fire him but I think it was just part of the Leach v James feud which is why he only cares to address whether this specific action specifically hurt James or not. Maybe a more important question was how Leach has historically treated injured players in general and concussions specifically. How was Potts treated with his concussion? Leach obviously acted incredibly childishly. Sowell and Co have wanted to get rid of him for a long time imo.

probably so. I think it's humorous that somehow people think that the state of Texas and TTU's athletic department foots the bill for those 7 figure salaries.

If Pincock"s affidavit is accurate and Craig james knew of the content of that affidavit, IMO, Craig would be justified in looking Leach up and whipping his butt.

And for the record, the "feud" was not just Leach vs. James. Many Tech footballers were also treated poorly, many of whom are no longer on the team. This guy was, and still is, so full of himself. Our first clue was several years back at Ford Stadium. Living example of why so many lawyers (not all) are such a menace to society.

what has been really funny to see is how pissed off fans where that the school took so long to get the new contract, then thought it was too much money for someone to get paid and now miss him.
