The 2007 TCU Recruiting Class was the No. 1 rated non-BCS Class in the Country in average per recruit. The 2008 Recruiting Class was the most outrageously underrated class in Rivals history. Rivals just made a fool of themselves by underrating TCU recruits in that class-go back and check the offers from the small 16 player class. I can say it now because I said then

2007 TCU
11 3 *
1 4 *

24 total commits...

I agree SMU would have loved to get that, but the 80th ranked rivals team rating says that many non bcs school had better recruiting years

2007 was the year BEFORE they started inflating 3 stars by 40-50%-anyway again highest rated non-BCS Class in country(average per recruit). And here they are playing for the non-BCS National Championship
