Biggest Dud of the Bowl Season

I know it has not been played but Iowa and Georgia Tech does not excite me

Georgia Tech is one of the bowls I actually look forward to the most. As SMU was a leading candidate for Paul Johnson, it provides an interesting look at what might have been. SMU would be far behind where Georgia Tech is now, but this does offer a look at the development of system that SMU almost employed.

SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
