what, no props to CJ, Gerald Meyers, Lincoln Riley, or ESPN or the Hance fellow?

“Our hats go off to the leadership and strength of character of the coaches and players from Texas Tech and Michigan State,” said Derrick Fox, President/CEO of the Valero Alamo Bowl. “These two programs excelled for four hours on Saturday night and provided the capacity crowd in the Alamodome and record number of viewers on ESPN a thoroughly competitive and entertaining game. It’s gratifying that fans across the nation again tuned into the Valero Alamo Bowl and delivered tremendous exposure for the City of San Antonio and our game sponsors."

Of course it had high ratings - it was the Jerry Springer of bowl games.

It is early in the year but I am sure I will remember this as one of the best posts in 2010.

one can see the shed in question in the background.

The first big lick AJ took as a college football player was one more than Leach ever took.

Takes a big man to browbeat like that.

Not exactly John Wooden or Tom Landry. Leach is like school on Sunday-No Class.
