Peruna @ Game

Postby producerarose » Wed Jan 06, 2010 6:48 pm

I'm thinking about doing a feature news story on the importance of having Peruna at the bowl game and how he got there. Is it a newsworthy topic?

Thanks.

Yes, however, JJ and the Pickens might not like it. Actually I'm not sure what JJ thinks about Peruna. We know he wanted big horses at the game, but I'm not sure if he wanted Peruna gone or not. Someone mentioned how great it looked for Peruna, followed by the big horses, to lead the team out on to the field at Aloha Stadium. I'm OK with that for now.

Yes. My blood boiled every time the two riders led those horses onto the field at Hawaii and took off their stereotypical ten-gallon hats as Peruna was galloping across the field after touchdowns. Support Peruna as much as possible, because there was an effort to squash his importance at the bowl.

Yes, and she was a hell of a lot cuter than our riders...other than that, so what? 8)

I thought Peruna looked great leading everyone onto the field.

Also looked like the team enjoyed gathering around the Bowl Trophy and posing for photos with the new Mustangs after the game

Enough.

Peruna is not going anywhere.

I like the two new horses and the exposure it give to the wild Mustangs on Nevada and western US.

For those twisted ones.. think of it like this.

Peruna has two big strong buddies to go clubbing with.

Not so bad now is it.

SMU will NEVER get rid of
peruna. NEVER.
