I believe that came from the "Tim and Eric - Awesome Show" on Comedy Central, although not for sure. If you haven't seen that show, it is fifteen minutes of gags just about like what you saw there.

Definitely an acquired taste, but they sometimes make some funny stuff. Props to LT for doing some comedy.
