Perhaps Big Jim is the problem with SMU athletics. Clearly his hiring practices suck as he has yet to make a hire in the two sports that should carry the athletic department. Dement, Cavan, Bennett all have the same thing in common - they seem to be unable to coach!!!

Perhaps you could list all of good things that Copelands three hires have done for their respective programs.
