New 3 star upgrade

We are up to 14 3 star recruits now. I can't figure out which one got upgraded. Someone help me out here.

Can someone explain why 3 of our recuits have no stars:

Chris Parks has offers from ISU, KSU, and Rice, UTEP (5 Div1a offers)
Arthur Londy has offer from TULSA (2 D1s)
Uchenna Nwabuike has just SMU.

So can we expect at least Parks to get some stars, and maybe Londy?

If a recruit does not send a video for review he will not get a rating regardless of offers.

not necessarily-if there are enough analysts at Rivals who have actually seen the recruit enough at camps, combines or games to evaluate him they will rate him before getting film. But a no rating means that none of their analyst have enough information to rate them. By signing date they might assign them a 4.9 rating. Emanuel Sanders was rated a 4.9 -I bet after the THSCA All Star Game they would have immediately bumped him up.

I am only going by what the Arkansas Rivals guy said tonight. There is an Arkansas commit with no stars and he said that they would not consider if they had nothing to see. But I can see the point of rating if you have had an opportunity to see him in person on enough occasions.

I think Chris Parks will be another 3 star guy if he ever gets rated.

Coaches did a great job of picking talent for the 2010 class before so many guys were rated.
