I finally broke down and joined Scout yesterday. I figured since 1st & 10 is a sponsor of their site, it was time to activate an account and get all the fun info first.
Good deal. Head over there and let's talk about the mascot situation.

I subscribe to both but I believe generally I get more in-depth info from Rivals. They both have their merits and are both good, but I would chose Rivals if going with only one service. Just my opinion.

That's another great thing about those sites, we generally don't talk about stuff like that.

I tried to sign up for Rivals today after continually reading about these services here. Unfortunately they are not very 'user friendly'. I had filled in the form, had my cc ready and then read the 'fine print'. If I wanted to cancel I had to call them. Unfortunately, calling the U.S. from the beach in South America is a pain in the butt. Almost all of my business is conducted over the internet without problems- but not Rivals. So, decided that I would be patient and wait for the info to show up on ponyfans. GO PONIES!!!

actually the quality of the discussion has gone down of the recruiting sites because of the appearance of the Neat-O, Good Deal, Go Ponies, Kick-Ass, "Greatest Class since Reconstruction" crowd who offer nothing to the discussion. Then we got the new "We've moved on to better Recruits" crowd when we lose a recruit we want-not to confused with the WDNWHA crowd-the distinction being that the former actually believe that crap
"With a quarter of a tank of gas, we can get everything we need right here in DFW." -SMU Head Coach Chad Morris
When momentum starts rolling downhill in recruiting-WATCH OUT.

I also had problems signing up when I activated the other country selection it would take me back to the start page, ended up giving all the correct CC details and a phony us address and it accepted me.
