However if Pittman is guilty then I hope Coach Jones gets rid of him fast....very fast....and that goes for any player irregardless of their importance to our team.

Let me repeat this one more time for Insane, this happens everywhere. Tennessee basketball suspended 4 for robbery. Minnesota basketball has a problem with two players right now. Arizona's Dan Buckner got busted while he was at Texas, Arkansas basketball suspended 6 or 7 before the season started because of a sexual assault issue I believe.
Do I need to go on? I shouldn't have had to repeat this. Think you got just a wee bit defensive.

We should not be throwing stones at any other school regardless. Just like Highland Park people should not be looking down upon people that live in South Oak Cliff.

JJ will have no choice but to suspend him. I noticed that the bond on the other kid has been set at $100,000 so I assume Torian's bond will be about the same. There are many unanswered questions concerning this case, especially why it took over 3 months to file the charge. The alleged victim was apparently under the care of a doctor or hospital sometime that night for the police to have evidence of the prescription drug she had ingested. I wonder if she claimed sexual assualt that night or if that claim was made later. I am sure there is a lot more to this story. Remember the Duke case.

plus everyone knows that no SMU athlete has received a DWI or used drugs in the last 10 years. I know because it has never been reported

Define your terms about throwing stones because I listed incidents that are facts and have been reported across the country at those respective schools.

Pretty simple: innocent until proven guilty. Nevertheless, the school has a rule that players under investigation are indefinitely suspended. In my view, that's probably best for all involved. He's got bigger problems to deal with than football.

The indictment or no-bill will not happen for several months, if indictment by Grand Jury, this case may take more than a year to know the outcome. With a felony aggravated sexual charge, a plea agreement with a lessor charge will take time. This is not good, hope it works out for everybody involved.
