I was at the game and SMU was simply too cold to ever take a lead. Too many missed free throws, missed layups, etc, The Mustangs rallied to the point where Day had a three point attempt with three seconds left that would have tied the game, but the shot didn't fall. Considering the fact SMU shot so poorly and never led (trailed by double digits for much of the game), forcing OT would have been a heck of an accomplishment.

Now they need to get ready for UH on Saturday. BTW, that game starts at 1:00 rather than 2:00 as shown on some schedules.
