Watching tech/ut showed me what our gap

Postby HighfalutinHorse » Tue Jan 27, 2004 2:01 pm

is........tattoos. Do we even have any guys with tattoos? Do we have ANY guys that we let "off the bus first" to intimidate the opposition? Any "bling bling" on our team? If we have tattoos, are they bad [deleted] tattoos, or weak? Any guys on our team have skull and cross bones, knives, guns, big rocks on their biceps, forearms, [deleted]? Words like STUD, DEATH, ROCK, POWER...anywhere on our guys bodies? If NOT, don't fire Dement, simply take the team down to Cedar Springs after practice and get this thing squared away. Word. :thumbupcool:

I was thinking the same thing the other day while watching a different game than UT. We are a clean cut looking bunch.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

I could have sworn that I saw some Tat's when we played Navy (of course none of them had any). I think maybe Simpson and Hopkins.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

You can not watch a Big 12 or other BCS conference matchup and not see the HUGE disparity in the physical attributes of their players in comparison to SMU especially inside. Of course, many of you apparently do-don't know how- but you do. Perhaps you should throw away your 18 inch TVs and finally purchase a Big screen so this TRUTH may be revealed to even the more blind in the bunch.

When momentum starts rolling downhill in recruiting-WATCH OUT.

Isham has a bunch of tatooes and Miller has a Marvin the Martian on his leg, but neither guy is what I would call an intimidator...

BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS OF SMU FOOTBALL!!!

For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.
