and over the last 5 years Arkansas has won about 45% of its games against the SEC(18-23) with only 1 winning record. I could have told you so too-and that includes two 1st Round Draft Choices at RB in their best years. And guess what Nostradamus Darren McFadden was a 5 star and Felix Jones was a 4 Star-w/o those 2 they probably would have won about 30% of their games. Even with those superstars their recruiting classes have been ranked in the SEC on Rivals at:

Meanwhile the SEC has 4-6 teams ranked in the Top 10 every year. So what is your point? The 2-3 stars Arkansas gets aren't getting the job done despite two Superstar No. 1 NFL Draft Choices. I think I'll rest my case and let you point out the after the fact exceptions to the rule.
