Headed to JC?

Postby giacfsp » Wed Feb 03, 2010 11:36 pm

Heard some guys at the Mustang Club thing tonight saying one of our recruits also signed with a junior college. Thought he said Ricky Collins, they were walking out when they said it. Anyone know which JUCO?

Rickey Collins to Kilgore JC

Brandon Thornton to Blinn JC

but before you write them off-this is not that unusual and they still have time to improve grades and re-take SAT/ACT to get a qualifying score. Remember my old "late qualifier" category-This is two possible examples. McConnico was a late qualifier last year

two of my favorite recruits too. But Hey they may end up signing with us in 2 years. And then we can evaluate them after being in JC and see if we still want them. I hope Braylon Williams and Beck Coulter find their way back to SMU!

Sliding scale based on both HS GPA and SAT, better SAT lower GPA needed and vice versa
