That was one of the better halves SMU has played in a long time, too bad Memphis was red hot from 3. We did miss a couple of chippys that hurt, but overall, we looked athletic and like we had a plan on offense, we got a lot of open shots and dunks that first half.

If Memphis can cool down in the second half, we may have a chance. Either way, that was probably one of the most entertaining halves of SMU basketball in a long time, we actually looked like a good team giving it their all against a tough team on the road.

Faye is getting back in the groove, but man, he has got to make those shots at point blank range, he missed three potential 3 point play opportunities and then went 2-6 from the line.

Makes a huge difference when you have most of the roster able to hit 3 pointers.

hard to slow them down in their building like we did at Moody. We probably will lose by 15 pts or so.

SMU did take good care of the ball, only 5 TOs, Memphis shot 51 percent, hopefully they can't keep that up.
