Question Mustang Club Donation and Tickets

Postby ponydawg » Tue Feb 23, 2010 11:53 am

Timeline question.

I believe I got the normal donation letter that we get every year. Had my secretary (wife) fill out the HUGE (measly) donation and send it in. Then I believe we got the packet explaining the new rules and donations in order to keep our normal seats...... Is that right? So now we have to write another check in for the difference? This is all old news, but it just hit me we already sent in our donation once awhile back.

Wonder why they sent out both, why not just send out the new packet so I don't have to donate twice.

I need a lawyer, can't I be "grandfathered" in.

I think the early letter is just a "if you want to claim your donation on this years taxes" letter. The real letter will be with the season ticket renewal in a week or so.

Gracias.

Next question....if I "live off the grid", do I have to pay taxes?

The Morgan Campaign kicks off today! Current members should have already received a renewal letter and if you have not renewed, a volunteer will also be contacting you over the next couple of weeks.

If you would like to join the Mustang Club or if you would like to volunteer for the Morgan Campaign, we would love to have you! Please call the Mustang Club office or you can PM me.

Talked to ticket office again today, they are not worried about retention rate with increase donations and there are plenty of people in line for the best seats at Ford....

Ok let’s say I renege on my donation so a more deserving fan can have my great seats. (Or I’m just too cheap to cough up what I could build a deck for)answer- Paid

1: How much is it going to be just to get into the Mustang Club Tent? answer-PONY $250.00-$499.00

2: How much will it be for a Tailgate spot? Partial answer-Peruna $1000.00-$2499.00 - Plus Tailgate Spot …?

3: If the basketball team wins will you have to pay thousands to keep your seats in section NN? My educated guess would be Peruna Level for blue seats

4: Will Mr. Ydell sell me his extra seat that he always gives away each year if I promise not to sit my big [deleted] in the row but use it as a general admission ticket? answer-yes

5: Will people call me one trick for not paying what I said I would behind my back lol? answer-yes

6: Should I just buy one season ticket in the cheap seats and go to the 50 yard line on the opposite side and sit in the front row? Or should the whole section just move over to the other side of the field ha ha ha.answer-no

7: Should I not renew my basketball seats so Mustang Bill can fall into the long awaited section NN, and then use that money for a single season ticket to football then ask Bill to invite me to the game and not pay squat? answer-yes

8: Or should I just Pony up buy four season tickets to football, three that I will give away to the likes of graduates from SMU to cheap to buy their own. Continue giving my extra season ticket to basketball in the blue seats to some one not willing to buy their own and buy their beer on top of it?

You already know you are going to ponyup the full amount for everything because you love it. But if not, you can always use my ticket and be welcome in section 104 for FB. I will let Bill take care of you for BB.
